A legal disclaimer
In Store Purchases- Customers need to check there products before leaving the store and if satisfied, once the product leaves the building there will be no refunds unless there is an issue with the product that was clearly our fault. If a customer has an issue with a product the store must be notified the same day the product was purchased and the product must be brought back with proof of purchase to receive a refund. Any purchases wanting a refund without a receipt will be at owners discretion.

On line and pre orders- Full payment is to be made for any product when it is purchased through our website. These payments are non refundable unless cancelled within a 1 week time frame, After 1 week any refunds made will be at owners discretion only

Layered cake orders- All customers will be shown there cake before exiting the building and given a cake care sheet, If the customer is satisfied with the cake once it leaves our premises we are not responsible for any damages, No refunds will be given for cake purchases after they leave our building - the owner can make exceptions at her discretion
